Poet, playwright and broadcaster Lemn Sissay MBE will read from Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats at a special event at the British Library on Sunday 24th November, 2-3pm.
Lemn Sissay is the Chancellor of the University of Manchester and was the first poet commissioned to write for the London Olympics. He has read poetry all over the world and was awarded an MBE for services to literature.
The event, organised by Faber & Faber, celebrates the release of the audiobook of Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats read by Lemn Sissay.
