The fabulous T. S. Eliot Prize Shortlist Readings took place on Sunday 9th January 2022 in the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall. All ten poets shortlisted for the 2021 T. S. Eliot Prize had been invited to read. The largest annual poetry event in the UK, the Readings was hosted once again by Ian McMillan. For the first time this was a hybrid event, making the Readings available to a national and international audience.
